This Return Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Plant Health Guarantee

We guarantee that all plants will arrive in healthy condition, free from disease, pests, and significant damage. Each plant is carefully inspected before shipping and packaged using specialized methods to ensure safe transport.

Upon delivery, please inspect your plants immediately. If a plant arrives damaged, diseased, or in poor health, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence showing the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Timeframe

For standard plant purchases, returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. This timeframe allows you to assess plant health while ensuring the plant remains in returnable condition.

If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us immediately. Early communication helps us address issues promptly and find the best solution for your situation.

Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for return, plants must be in their original condition with minimal disturbance to soil and roots. Plants showing signs of improper care, environmental stress, or neglect after delivery are not eligible for return.

Returns require proof of purchase and photographic documentation of the plant's condition. This helps us process your return efficiently and improve our quality control procedures.

Returns due to customer preference changes may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers handling, inspection, and rehabilitation costs for returned plants.

Custom and Bespoke Orders

Made-to-order plants and custom botanical installations are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or do not match the agreed specifications. Due to the specialized nature of bespoke services, we work closely with clients throughout the design and sourcing process to ensure satisfaction before final delivery.

Our consultation process includes detailed discussions, design proposals, and approval stages to minimize the likelihood of dissatisfaction with custom orders.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at clients@musclesecohip.world or call +1 818-906-2161. Please provide your order number, clear photographs of the plant showing the issue, and a detailed description of the problem.

Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide instructions for the return process. We may request additional information or photographs to assess the situation accurately.

Do not ship plants back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded. We will provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions for approved returns.

Refunds and Processing

Approved returns will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned plant. Refunds include the purchase price but exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or damaged goods.

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for plants with minor issues that do not warrant a full return. This option allows you to keep the plant at a reduced price.

Exchanges

As an alternative to refunds, we can arrange exchanges for plants of equal or lesser value. Exchange requests are subject to current inventory availability. If you prefer an exchange, please indicate this when initiating your return.

Return Shipping

For approved returns due to damage, defects, or our error, we will arrange pickup or provide a prepaid shipping label. For returns due to customer preference, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Plants must be packaged securely for return shipping to prevent further damage. We recommend using the original packaging materials when possible.

Damaged in Transit

If your plant arrives damaged due to shipping, document the damage immediately with photographs of both the plant and packaging. Contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.

We work with specialized plant carriers trained in proper handling. However, transit damage can occasionally occur. We will work diligently to resolve any shipping-related issues quickly.

Post-Delivery Care Support

We provide comprehensive care instructions with every plant and offer ongoing horticultural support. If you experience issues with plant health after delivery, contact our team for guidance before considering a return. Many concerns can be resolved with proper care adjustments.

Our website features care guides, troubleshooting tips, and resources to help you maintain healthy plants. We are committed to your long-term success with our botanical products.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including clearance plants, seasonal specimens marked as final sale, and plants that have been in your care for more than 7 days. These exclusions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
