Risk of loss and title for plants pass to you upon delivery. Inspect all plants immediately upon receipt and report any damage or concerns within 48 hours.
While we provide comprehensive care instructions and guarantee plant health upon delivery, ongoing care and maintenance are your responsibility. We are not liable for plant decline resulting from improper care, unsuitable environmental conditions, or neglect after delivery.
We offer ongoing horticultural support and optional maintenance services. Contact our team for guidance if you experience any issues with plant health.
Our return and refund policies are detailed in our Return Policy. Please review this document carefully before making a purchase. Living plants are subject to specific return conditions due to their perishable nature.
